How is your firm compensated?

If we acquire or develop a property for our own account, there is no fee to the Property Owner. If you are a property owner or retailer that retains us as a strategic advisor or in the role of a merchant developer, we will negotiate a market rate fee for our services.

Why would we need your services, when we have OUR OWN real estate department?

Our real estate team works with your executives in a collaborative fashion on a project to project basis. Often a company will find that a regional expert with local market knowledge is a valuable addition to its team and geographic constraints require assistance to identify prospective sites, as well as undertake due diligence on your behalf. We provide local market expertise, as well as advisory and/or development services.
