Formerly a free-standing restaurant, the property has been vacant and severely underutilized for nearly a decade. Once complete, the development will feature 90 luxury rental apartments and over 5,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenity spaces. The project is currently under construction with estimated completion in early 2026.
