Bob Adamski has been in the construction trade for over 43 years. His experience includes Carpenter, Construction Superintendent, and Construction Manager. His construction background ranges from interior and exterior renovations, building additions, and new building construction, including site work. He has been a member of Local Carpenters 253 for 43 years and has hands-on experience in the carpentry trade. He has worked for major supermarket chains including, ShopRite, A&P, Kings, Pathmark, Morton Williams, and ACME. Bob has 3 NJ issued building inspector licenses, a mechanical license, and is OSHA certified. Bob joined Crossroads Companies in 2022. In his role as Site Foreman, he works hand in hand with clients on scheduling, phasing, and subcontractor oversight, taking a project from the first shovel in the ground, all the way to ribbon cutting day.
